We are thrilled to be back in a full concert of our own, sharing music that communicates the strength of being one voice! Through choral arrangements of popular songs such as Rachel Platten’s Fight Song, Wings from Little Mix, and We Are from Dr. Ysaye Barnwell, we raise our voices as one people. Our celebration of lifting others up is capped with We Shake We Shine, the work of Joan Szymko, raising us up in lyrics adapted from icons of women’s strength Coretta Scott King, Ida B. Wells, Alice Paul, and Mary Church Terrell.
